1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Longford Automotive Art (LAA). By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.


2. Services Provided

LAA specialises in professional car wrapping, window tinting, paint protection film, and vehicle de-chroming services. Each service is carried out with precision, using high-quality materials and industry-standard techniques.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Prices are subject to change based on material costs or project complexity.

Any additional work requested after the initial quotation may incur extra charges.

4. Booking and Payments

A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash.

Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.

Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours prior to the appointment date.

6. Vehicle Preparation

Clients are responsible for ensuring vehicles are clean and free from dirt, debris, and contaminants prior to service.

LAA reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee if the vehicle requires additional preparation.

7. Warranty

All wraps, tints, and de-chroming services come with a 12-month warranty covering installation defects.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or poor maintenance.

Clients must follow the provided aftercare instructions to maintain the warranty.

8. Aftercare

Clients will be provided with detailed aftercare instructions.

Failure to adhere to these instructions may void the warranty.

Recommended care includes hand washing, avoiding harsh chemicals, and regular inspections.

9. Liability

LAA is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle.

While every effort is made to ensure a perfect finish, some minor imperfections may occur due to the condition of the original surface.

LAA is not responsible for damage caused after the vehicle has left the premises.

10. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are only issued in cases of material defects or installation errors.

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of service completion.

11. Photography and Marketing

LAA reserves the right to take photographs of completed work for use in marketing and promotional materials, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the client.

12. Force Majeure

LAA is not liable for delays or failures in service caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or material shortages.


13. Privacy Policy

Client information is treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

15. Agreement Acceptance

By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
